If you have decided not to continue your life together, but need support in clarifying the terms of your separation, mediation can provide a constructive and respectful path forward. Instead of a lengthy, costly, and emotionally draining legal process, we create a safe environment where we define and document your agreement regarding child custody, visitation, division of assets, and all other matters required by the Hungarian Civil Code for the dissolution of a marriage. One session lasts up to three hours. With a completed mediation agreement, the court process becomes significantly simpler and faster.

A booked appointment becomes valid upon advance payment. After booking, I will send you the bank account details as well as a secure Barion payment link for online payment. If you have already transferred the fee, the appointment may be rescheduled upon request, or the paid amount may be transferred to another person or couple. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, 50% of the consultation fee is payable. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, 100% of the fee is payable. (Exceptions apply in the case of unexpected events such as illness, accidents, etc.)
